Cheese $20 per lb.
Our cheeses are all made with fresh milk, not pasteurized, and are available seasonally. They are all aged over 60 days as required by regulation.
Three Owls Blue: a sheep's milk blue, creamy but not too blue, salty. Next available Fall 2008
Three Owls Tomme: a natural rind aged sheep cheese, hinting at sweet and nuts. Next available Fall 2008.
Liberty Hill Blue: a blue made with milk from the Kennet's cow dairy, Liberty Hill Farm. Available June.
Occasionally we try out other cheeses, which are available as made.
Sheep Dairy Day $200 per person, or $300 for two.
Get up early, milk the sheep, make a batch of cheese, be an artisanal cheesemaker for a day. A great way to see what goes into making cheese. Course will be run on the first Sunday of June, July and August. Limited to five people each class. Lodging can be arranged at the Liberty Hill Farm B&B.
Lamb, cut and wrapped. $3 per Lb live weight (about 90Lb)
Lamb is available in November/ December. Book ahead for delivered price. We sell whole animals and then arrange slaughter for you. If you would like the fleece of your lamb we can salt and arrange for washable tanning- final extra cost is $60.
Our promise: No antibiotics given to any animal sold as meat. Call for details.
