Three Owls Farm is a small, seasonal, grass-based
sheep dairy in the heart of Vermont. We are on
scenic Rte 100, midway between Killington and
Sugarbush ski resorts. Come visit our farm shop
with its viewing window to the cheese-room and
try some cheese. We are dedicated to making
small quantities of fresh-milk cheese from sheep
grazing our Vermont meadow grasses. The taste
changes with the grasses and with the season.
In our cheese we try to celebrate the
flowing, changing, flux of life using a mix of ancient
traditions, modern hygiene, and a close regard to nature.

We are also a satellite farm for Akindale Rehabilitation and The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation. We board and train retired racehorses for a new life as riding horses. They are fun and full of character, and need caring homes. See our horse page to read more.
